Who We Are
Hidden Gems Fundraising is a boutique prospect research and wealth screening practice built for small and mid-sized nonprofits who don't have — and don't need — a full-time researcher on staff.
Hidden Gems is led by Joanna Miller, a Maryland native who has spent 15+ years in nonprofit fundraising as a major gifts officer, prospect researcher, and consultant, helping organizations close more than $1.7 million in gifts. She's also worked inside the wealth screening industry itself as a Client Manager at WealthEngine, giving her a rare view from both sides of the data: the fundraiser using it, and the researcher building it.
